Frank Ciolino (aka Elmer Bay) is a Detroit-based graphic designer specializing in logo design, brand identity, and creative direction. A College for Creative Studies alumnus, he began his career building brands for clients like Little Caesars, Stroh Brewery, and Michigan Lottery, and taught at CCS. He later focused on the Dodge account at BBDO Detroit and is currently an Associate Design Director at WPP Production Detroit, leading projects for iconic Ford brand.
